CondiVisioni. The network as a tool for building the future

The GARR Annual Conference will be held at the University of Palermo from 18 to 20 May 2022.

With the title "CondiVisioni. The network as a tool for building the future", the GARR Conference will focus on the new challenges facing the world of research, which can only be overcome through a collaborative, open and inclusive approach.

The future of the network and the cloud, research infrastructures, artificial intelligence, data sharing, cybersecurity, virtual reality, digital innovation in education and much more will be discussed.

Among the keynote speakers: Roberto Baldoni (General Director of the National Cybersecurity Agency), Massimo Midiri (Rector of the University of Palermo), Valeria Rossi (President of Open Hub Med), Stefano Vaccari (General Director of CREA), Matteo Dell'Acqua (ECMWF), Marco Aldinucci (University of Turin), Michela Milano (University of Bologna), Sofia Pescarin (CNR), Roberto di Giulio (University of Ferrara), Sauro Longhi and Massimo Carboni (GARR), Dianora Bardi (ImparaDigitale).

Training opportunities
On the previous days, 16 and 17 May, there will be three training courses dedicated to how to tell data, the application of GDPR principles in the research sector and cybersecurity.
